الجبرا کے ماہر لڑکے
تمہارے نزدیک ایکس فقط ایک مُتغیر ہے
ہائے! تُم “ایکس” کی قیمت نہیں جانتے!
خواہشوں کو مجبوریوں پر
تقسیم کرنے والے لڑکے کا دُکھ جانتے ہو؟
المیہ تو یہ ہے کہ
تھیسس لکھنے والے کو فرسٹ ایڈ نہیں آتی!

کمپیوٹر کی پروگرامنگ ٹھیک ہے، مگر
کیا تُم میسج پڑھ کے نکلنے والے آنسوؤں کو ڈی کوڈ کر سکتے ہو؟
 یا پھرکنٹرول شفٹ دبا کے
ساری یادیں ڈلیٹ ہو جاتی ہیں؟

زمین سے مریخ تک ماپنے والے
خیرات لے کر اُٹھائے گئے دو قدموں کے درمیان
کتنے نوری سال کا فاصلہ ہوتا ہے؟

گاؤں سے امّاں جب کال پہ 
“ہیلو” کہتی ہے 
اس لفظ کی تاثیر کتنی ٹھنڈی ہے
حکمت میں کہاں لکھا ہے؟

ماسٹر کی ڈگری لینے والے کو
ٹریفک کے قوانین
یا ایمرجنسی ایگزٹ
بلکہ خوش رہنے کے اصول کہاں پڑھائے جاتے ہیں؟
دُکھ “سُننے” کی مشق کب کروائی جائے گی؟

بلاک ہونے کا صدمہ
میں تو سہہ گیا ہوں
روبوٹ سہہ پائے گا؟

کس فریکونسی سے رویا جائے
کہ چاند پہ چرخہ کاتنے والی بڑھیا
کام چھوڑ کے روٹی پکانے لگ جائے؟

ڈاکٹر، تمہاری ایلوپیتھی میں
دماغی قبض کا علاج کیا ہے؟

تم جھولتی ہوئی “مُسکراتی“ لاش کو دیکھ کر
بلاک ہوئے نمبر پہ وصیت بھیج سکتے ہو؟

جن بچوں کے نام ہم نے سوچے تھے
اب کون سی جماعت میں پڑھتے ہوتے؟
کفن میں جیب کا نہ ہونا تو سمجھ آتا ہے
نکاح نامے میں محبت کا خانہ کیوں نہیں ہے؟

یار تُم نے کتابیں پڑھی ہیں
اور اُن میں فقط “لفظ”پڑھے ہیں
تہہ در تہہ چہرے بھی پڑھتے تو اچھا تھا...
