ذرا سا ہے یہ اندھیرا، محبت جیت سکتی ہے

محبت کرنے والوں پر ہزاروں رنج آتے ہیں

نہ ٹوٹے حوصلہ تیرا، محبت جیت سکتی ہے

اپنی منزلوں کا راستہ خود ہی بناتی ہے

غموں نے لاکھ ہو گھیرا، محبت جیت سکتی ہے

میں اپنی راہ کی ہر ایک بندش توڑ سکتا ہوں

اگر تم ساتھ دو میرا، محبت جیت سکتی ہے

بڑے آرام سے مغلوب کرتی ہے مخالف کو

دلوں میں ڈال کر ڈیرا، محبت جیت سکتی ہے

ابھی ہیں بند تیرے دل کے دروازے، مگر سُن لو

کہ ہر اک توڑ کے پہرا محبت جیت سکتی ہے

اداسی کیوں ہے آنکھوں میں مری جاں، مسکراہٹ کا

لبوں پہ باندھ لو سہرا، محبت جیت سکتی ہے

مخالف وقت کی پالیسیوں پہ جتنا سوچا ہے

یہی ہر بار ہے لکھا، محبت جیت سکتی ہے
